Who Holds the Space

Wolfgang Steiner is a natural conscious breath educator and facilitator who has been working with conscious breathing since 2002.

With decades of experience in individual and group settings, his work has evolved beyond technique into creating safe, inclusive breathing spaces that can be shared online and in person.

His vision is:

I have been experimenting with different morning routines for the last decade and there are a lot of different things I enjoy. Doing this process together with Wolfgang gave the exploration and practice a different quality. His warm invitation and presence elevated my practice and depend my understanding of them. Doing both 10 Day courses really shifted something inside of me and I highly recommend it to everyone who either wants to start their journey with morning routines or wants to find fellow travels and use the power of community.

What has changed for me since the 5 a.m. morning routine training with Wolfgang is astonishing. Before that, it wasn’t the case that I had a satisfying morning routine or that I got out of bed easily. I would never have thought that getting up at 5 a.m. would mean freedom for me. The day has become completely different—much more joyful. I’m getting more and more done, and the daily exercises also have a positive effect in the evening. Yes, Yes, Yes, the 10 days Basic breathing training is an indescribable way to get back your energy and make the turnover to a positive mindset again. Wolfgang shows a lot of technics that are helpful for inner peace. Some days where really hard to get up, but with the breathing training and the Commitment for 10 days I just made it! How the “10 days Basic breathing training” from and with Wolfgang Steiner, brought back Life energy after a period of boredom, discouragement and powerlessness.
